V Ball Valves & V Notch Valves Help Control Flow

World wide Valve automation revolves around several different valves types.  The V-Port Ball Valves introduced by Valtorc International provide an easy and cost effective solution to many industrial flow needs.  Sometimes refereed to as V-Port Ball Valves and V-Notch Valves, V-Port Valves offer a modulating control ball that can be suited for either a standard port ball valve, 2-way ball valves and 3-way ball valves can be ported to perform as such.  V Port Ball Valves are becoming an industry standard in many fields, such as the food processing industry and gas/oil field industries.

Types of V-Port Valve

There are several types of V Port Valves, mainly depending on the degree level of the “V” within the ball valve, the three most popular configurations are set to a 30 degrees, 60 degrees and 90 degrees configuration depending on the fluid/media amount and pressure.  Allowing the end user to configure and install in several different ways.  Each V Port Ball Valve is manufactured specific to the customers needs.

Performance V Ports Provide

Valtorc V Port Ball Valves are crafted from the strongest materials and manufactured in the USA.  These valves can be fitted for spring return actuators, double acting actuators or electric actuators.  These valves have metal seats flanged to 900# ANSI class.  Fitted to 2-way or 3-way valve configurations and current valves can be modified to be v-ported.

Nuclear service, Fieldbus, ASIBUS and Cryogenic services are ideal for these valves - Food grade, pharmaceutical grade and valves to 3A standards are always used.  Solenoids, positions, limit switches and 4-20MA signals available.
